Honey Taffy

4 C. sugar
1 C. heavy whipping cream
1 C. honey
*mix together VERY WELL

Cook over med. heat. Do NOT sir while cooking. Cook to soft crack stage (270-290 depending on altitude. @285 for AL) Pour onto a large marble slab or buttered cookie sheet. Cool till it can be handled, then butter hands and pull taffy style till it becomes opaque and starts to harden. Twist into long ropes and cut into pieces with scissors.
